Situated on the busy Damrak, leading from Centraal Station to Dam Square, the Amsterdam Hotel – De Roode Leeuw, occupies a prime location in the city.

A privately owned hotel, The De Roode Leeuw has enjoyed constant investment and improvement, and offers an ideal place to stay.
The hotel has a small foyer and reception area.
The bedrooms are in very good condition as the hotel was recently renovated - the colour scheme is autumnal with cherry wood furniture.
Due to the age of the building the rooms can vary in size. All rooms have a mini-bar, hairdryer and safe and are sound-proofed at the front of the building.
There is a small business room with broadband internet access, and fax facilities and a collection of music CDs and digital movies.

The Hotel has recently been awarded the Green Key bronze diploma which recognises the efforts that the hotel has made to become more eco-friendly.
