Location

The hotel Bel Sito & Berlino is situated in the historic centre of Venice, between St.Mark's square and La Fenice Theatre.

The hotel sits in an outstanding setting in St Marks, just a few minutes from St Marks square and in excellent propinquity to all the famous landmarks and sites Venice has to offer, such as the Basilica, Doge’s Palace and Rialto Bridge. The hotel overlooks a piazza where one of the most stunning examples of the Baroque style can be seen in Venice - Santa Maria del Giglio. (Church of St Mary of the Lily). The hotel is easily reachable to visitors arriving by car from Piazzale Roma, or by those arriving by train to Santa Lucia railway station, by taking the public water-transport ‘vaporetto’ line 1 down the Grand Canal to stop No13 – Santa Maria del Giglio, after the Accademia Bridge. Visitors who are arriving by plane can either take the water-bus to Piazzale Roma and, once there, the vaporetto line 1 to Santa Maria del Giglio, or the direct shuttle service (Alilaguna) from the Airport - San Marco from where the hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance.
