Location

The hotel overlooks the lively Rembrandtplein directly in the centre of Amsterdam. 
The Rembandtplein is the most well known goodtime areas of Amsterdam, due to the theaters, bars, restaurants and clubs. Museums as the Rembrandt House and the Jewish Historical Museum are within walking distance. The famous shopping streets; Kalverstraat and P.C. Hoofdstraat are in the direct surroundings of the hotel. 

Hotel/Room Information

The hotel was completely renovated and reopened  in 2008. 
The building is modern in contrast to its immediate surroundings, but seems to blend in well due to its size.
The lobby is small but cosy with ample seating on very comfortable and plump armchairs.
The hotel bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.
Arrow Tours has worked with the NH Caransa Hotel for over 25 years. 

Restaurant / Bar

The NH Caransa hotel offers a full buffet breakfast in breakfast room on the first floor. The room overlooks the lively Rembrandtsquare and has a private terrace for sunny days.
While the hotel does not have a restaurant of its own the Brasserie Schiller at the sister hotel NH Schiller, across the square, is recommended for lunch and dinner.
